Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Outlined below are the conditions that qualify you to request a refund:

  1. Incorrect Item Received:

    • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
  2. Incorrect Color Received:

    • In case that you receive the correct item but in the incorrect color, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and coordinate the shipment of the correct color variant.
  3. Damaged or Broken Item:

    • If you receive a damaged or broken item, please report it to us within 2 days of receiving the order. To expedite the return process, please provide photos clearly showing the damage. We will assist you in returning the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
